Sometimes we get stuck - at work, in life, or in our relationships.
Almost everyone experiences this at some point. There may be a clear reason - such as feeling trapped in a golden cage, dealing with overwhelming stress, or navigating relationship difficulties. Other times, there is no obvious cause - you just don’t feel at ease in your own skin.
Through reflection, evidence-based exercises, actionable guidance, and compassion, I offer a safe and open space to support your personal growth and wellbeing.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a third-wave cognitive behavioral therapy.
The aim of ACT is to increase psychological flexibility.
Put simply, this means that ACT teaches you to handle everything you think, feel, and experience in a gentle way while moving toward achieving your goals and dreams.
ACT is presented as a circular model with six common core processes: acceptance, defusion, contact with the present moment (or mindfulness), self-as-context, values, and committed action.
There is broad evidence regarding the effectiveness of ACT. All evidence and details behind this evidence can be found here.
