From a young age, I have been passionate about sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues. As a result, sustainability and ESG were the central theme throughout my career for 10+ years.

I have worked on various projects in the NGO sector,at the European Commission, and in the education sector in Belgium. After that, I moved abroad to look for new opportunities. I worked at the European Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, where I led industry working groups on topics, such as renewable energy and the carbon market.

After that, I relocated to Hong Kong and Montreal (Canada), where I mainly worked on sustainability reporting and sustainability policy (ESG), and responsible investment for large, publicly traded companies and SMEs.

At a certain point, I made a career transition and set up my own company.

Why? To specifically focus on the human side of sustainability. To work with people. To make a direct impact. What do I do as an entrepreneur?

As an ICF-certified leadership coach, expert in giftedness, and mindfulness teacher, I support leaders, professionals, and gifted individuals in building clarity, resilience, and focus — so they can thrive without burning out.

My work is grounded in secular, evidence-based approaches and informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), supporting you in developing stress resilience, navigating challenges more effectively, and taking meaningful action — both now and in the long run.

I offer leadership coaching, giftedness coaching & expertise, and mindfulness for individuals, teams, organisations, and schools — from adolescence onwards.
