Based on our conversation, I will suggest a tailored package.

  • 1:1 coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes, and partnership coaching sessions about 90 minutes.

  • During our free discovery call, I will assess your specific needs and suggest a package tailored to your unique needs and objectives.

Example of a personalised package: Career Development Package. Career guidance - including assessments, such as the Lola-test* - combined with career coaching, empowering you to take action.

*The Lola-test is a science-based test that measures your interests, offering a solid basis for career or study choices.

  • The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential."

The American Psychological Association defines psychotherapy as “any psychological service provided by a trained professional that primarily uses forms of communication and interaction to assess, diagnose, and treat dysfunctional emotional reactions, ways of thinking, and behavior patterns.”

  • If relevant, one of the evidence-based methods I use is ACT-based coaching.

ACT stands for Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and is a third-wave cognitive behavioral therapy.

The aim of ACT is to increase psychological flexibility.

Put simply, this means that ACT teaches you to handle everything you think, feel, and experience in a gentle way while moving toward achieving your goals and dreams.

ACT is presented as a circular model with six common core processes: acceptance, defusion, contact with the present moment (or mindfulness), self-as-context, values, and committed action.

There is broad evidence regarding the effectiveness of ACT. All evidence and details behind this evidence can be found here.
