FAQ about the Mindful Morning Walks

  • Start your day with more calm, clarity, and meaningful connection.

    These walks are designed to help you:

    • Step out of the rush and slow down

    • Reduce stress

    • Build greater focus and presence

    • Connect with like-minded professionals & entrepreneurs

    • Start your day with intention

  • No prior mindfulness experience is needed. All the mindfulness practices are beginner-friendly.

  • The walk will go ahead even if only one participant signs up. I keep the group intentionally small (maximum 10 people) to create a more personal and meaningful experience.

  • Wear comfortable clothing suitable for a gentle walk. Depending on the weather, you may want to bring a sun hat or an umbrella. Feel free to bring a water bottle and a small snack as well.

  • Due to limited capacity, all spots are non-refundable. However, in the event of a cancellation by the organiser due to thunder/lightning, participants will receive a full refund.
