No prior mindfulness experience is needed. All the mindfulness practices are beginner-friendly.

The walk will go ahead even if only one participant signs up. I keep the group intentionally small (maximum 10 people) to create a more personal and meaningful experience.

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for a gentle walk. Depending on the weather, you may want to bring a sun hat or an umbrella. Feel free to bring a water bottle and a small snack as well.

Due to limited capacity, all spots are non-refundable. However, in the event of a cancellation by the organiser due to thunder/lightning, participants will receive a full refund.
