Sessions take place weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your availability and needs.

Sessions can be online, in-company, in-person at my coaching practice in Raffles Place or at my home, or hybrid.

If you are experiencing a cold or flu-like symptoms, we can easily move your session online.
In the case of an accident, sudden emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, I’ll do my best to be flexible and may consider waiving the fee.
