Sometimes we get stuck in our relationship with our partner.
Every relationship can face difficult moments. You might find yourselves stuck in painful patterns that seem hard to break, arguing more often, or feeling disconnected. Maybe the spark has faded, or trust has been shaken.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I work with couples at all stages and support them through a wide range of challenges.
Through reflection, evidence-based exercises, practical guidance, and compassion, I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where both partners can feel heard - and where meaningful change becomes possible.
Common Themes I Help With
-
Arguments keep arising around topics, such as the division of responsibilities, finances, family expectations, or religion.
You are looking for ways to better understand each other and break out of repeating patterns.
-
You have different needs and desires, which may be creating tension or distance.
You want to work towards accepting and tolerating mutual differences, where possible.
-
You want to understand the underlying dynamics of infidelity or jealousy.
You are looking for support to process what happened, and decide how to move forward - together or apart.
-
You belong to a community that often faces exclusion or discrimination, such as LGBTQ+ couples or intercultural couples.
You want a safe space to explore how social pressures affect your relationship.
You want to strengthen your relationship to better cope with external challenges.
