Since my studies, I have been passionate about sustainability and climate change. With great passion and drive, sustainability and climate have been the central theme throughout my career for 10+ years.

For example, I have worked on various projects in the NGO sector, at the European Commission, and in the education sector in Belgium. After that, I moved abroad to look for new opportunities. I worked at the European Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, where I led industry working groups on topics, such as renewable energy and the carbon market.

After that, personal events brought me to Hong Kong and Montreal (Canada), where I mainly worked as a consultant on sustainability reporting and sustainability policy (ESG) for large, publicly traded companies and SMEs.

Once back in Belgium, my career path no longer felt right. After a combination of career coaching, life events, training courses and an entrepreneurship trajectory, I decided to become self-employed.

Why? To specifically focus on the People aspect of sustainability. To work with people. To make a direct impact.

Since July 2025, I’m based in Singapore. What do I do as a self-employed person?

Through evidence-based career counselling, coaching, therapy, and mindfulness, I support individuals (18+), couples, and organisations in navigating stress, relationships, giftedness, work, and wellbeing — in person and online.
